1. Why these products do not have labels, brands and ingredients printed?
These products are for salon use only. Therefore, the packagings are without the brand and ingredients to reduce the cost.

2. Why the products from salon comes with instructions and ingredients?
It is the packaging method which the cost will be then transferred to the consumer and that is why their products are more expensive.

3. Where are these product from?
These products are formulated in Germany, Franze and Switzerland. All ingredients are imported from there as well. However, it is manufactured in Malaysia to save cost as salon product is known as professional range of skin care and it is the most expensive skin care in the market as it contains the highest quality ever.

4. Is it safe to use?
Yes it is. These products are licensed under KKM and is ISO certified. Every individual packing has their own KKM code. Eg. NOT030802298K.
